Race Recovery and Prepare for Women's Half Marathon in St. Petersburg

Taking today off - recovering from Whistlestop Half Marathon. Cold day in Ashland, WI - overcast, drizzling and windy. Heading back to Milwaukee tomorrow. Back to running on Tuesday - will make it an easy day.
