Monday training run.
Easy run today, 50 minutes, low intensity, 70%-75% maximum heart rate. Went 4 miles, hot and muggy. Out and back - started at Warnimont Golf Course and headed south for 2 miles

Did a slow 6 mile run today. Six weeks until the Whistlestop Half Marathon in Ashland, Wisconsin.
