We had a nice flight on Porter Airlines - enjoyed my complimentary glass of chardonnay.
Arrived in St John's and decided to take a taxi to Memorial University - we're staying in the dorms. We have a private room with private bathroom!

Took a walk to the harbor, a 30 minute walk. Our route took us through a cute historic district
Lunch downtown - shared a salad and a pizza
We ate 2 pieces before I remembered to take a picture!
Tomorrow we pick up the rental car and drive out to Signal Hill and Cape Spear - the easternmost spot of North America.
